Nouvelle Property Management Solutions Pte Ltd was set up in August 2014 and is headed by Executive Director Mr. Sebastian Chua, who has more than 20 years of experience in the Managing Agent industry and he has a group of staffs who bring with them 15 years of experience in the industry.

Nouvelle Property Management Solutions Pte Ltd provides property management services to management corporations and property owners. We are a professional firm offering consulting and management services. Our company mission: “To provide our clients with the best professional property advice and quality services.”

We know our clients only want the best for their properties. We know the only way to provide our clients with service excellence is to be committed and stay focused on our business. Providing only strata management services has remained our core business since the founding of the company. We are not involved in any property neither marketing nor valuation services. That way, we will not be distracted in our service delivery and professionalism and hence remain committed, innovative, and excellent in serving our clients and their estates.

Our Property Management ranges from the administrative, secretarial, accounting, AGM, EOGM, Management Corporation function, right through to building maintenance and management including the supervision and control of on-site staff, contractors & service providers, car park operations, enforcement of By-Laws and statutory regulations and all other services which are fundamental and essential to the effective and efficient operation of the overall management scheme.

Nouvelle attained Category ‘A’ accreditation and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers & Association of Property and Facility Manager since April 2017. Nouvelle is also a Corporate Member of the Association of Strata Managers since April 2019.

Nouvelle believes in timely maintenance and preventive measures to be implemented in up-keeping the conditions of property and value of estates. By implementing good maintenance practices periodically, we believe it will eventually provide MCST a cost-efficient way of managing and maintain an estate. In addition, a new concept and service of Estate Maintenance Audit would subsequently benefit the MCST.
Nouvelle does embark on negotiation with Developers on estate’s defects and the likes for some of the estates we managed. So far, we have achieved excellent results and success.

SEBASTIAN CHUA
Executive Director
Sebastian obtained a Diploma in Sales and Marketing and has over 20 years’ experience in property management. He started as a condominium manager and rose through the ranks. His last position with a Managing Agent was Associate Director, Head of Department, spearheading a Business Unit with a portfolio of 32 estates and overseeing 55 staff. He conducts training for staff and is fluent in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Amendment) Act 2017 (BMSMA).
CYNDI CHEW
Deputy Executive Director
Cyndi obtained a Diploma in Marketing and has over 10 years’ experience in property management. She started as a condominium manager and rose through the ranks. Her last position held was Portfolio Manager with a Managing Agent and took charge of 18 sites - comprises of residential and mixed developments – with more than 15 staff reporting to her. She is fluent in M&E works and possesses good organizing skills in the daily operation of estates. She is well respected by her subordinates.
